Flashback: This Did Not Used To Be Me

Flashing back a couple years I can't believe I used to look like this. How could I be so little and now I am so big? Can you believe that these pictures are of when I was only a few months old?

Is that really a duck outfit? Come on mom! Actually I do like ducks.

Speaking of changing... Wrigley used to look like this and now she's twice the dog. I know I have quadrupled my weight since birth but this is ridiculous.

Hi. Why do I have a bear on me?

From that to this in just over two years. Can you believe it?

Pond Hockey National Championships

The National Pond Hockey Championship was held on Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis this year. It was pretty awesome. There were like 10 rinks on the ice and games going on all at once. It was really fun even though I liked to spend a lot of time in the warming house, where it was warmer.

In this picture you can sort of see the rinks in the background with all the activity. I was getting cold and I wanted dad to carry me because dad puts me inside his jacket and I snuggle him. It is really warm even when the weather is really cold!

Maybe I'll participate in the championship next year!

Danger Is My Middle Name

"I am not being dangerous". It seems like I am constantly saying that to daddy lately. Just because I climb ladders and flip over the top does not mean I am always going to get hurt. Even if I do, mom and dad always kiss it better.

Apparently fishing in my toy bucket is a less dangerous activity but it is no where near as fun.

I'm doing a lot of new things lately. I have many books memorized. I now use the "I" properly when referring to myself (instead of just saying 'you'). I was skating and standing up by myself for the first time. I also went to see Bob the Builder at the Minnesota Children's Museum. It was pretty awesome. Mom was in Phoenix so daddy and me hung out all weekend!

I'm A Skier

Man dad has been lazy about updating the blog and I have been doing so much new stuff! Auntie teaches cross-coutry skiing and she brought over some skis so momma and her could practice. Of course I commandeered the poles. I would have been a great swordsman! Then dad took them away because I was being dangerous.
