New Park

I am always asking mom to take me to parks that I have never been to. So this week my request was granted. Mom had a photo session here, and thought I would love it, so she took us here and boy did I love it. You'll see why when you take a look at the pictures below.

Me and the bro.

A view from the top. Mom and Macs getting ready to go down. Mom admits she was a little scared.

I was thinking to myself...this is the greatest slide ever, I think I'll go down it like 20 more times. (oh and I did!)

Going back up for another try. Mom is always saying go up the stairs and down the slide, doesn't she know I am a boy and boys do crazy and dangerous things!?!

Macs was not as thrilled with the slide as I was. He was really into the rocks, sticks, and leaves.

September

Well our September has been busy as ever. I started school, mom started Bible study and has been busy with her photography and we have had really nice weather. Dad has been busy adjusting to his new job, and oh I forgot to mention we all got our first colds of the season. The whole entire family has had the sniffles, coughs and head aches. We are now starting to feel a bit better.

This is me at the "regular park". I can now go down the fireman's pole all by myself.

This is Macs playing in the sandbox. I think he will be a Botno Lumberjack when he gets older.
Mom set up a photography studio in the basement and dad snapped this shot while she was setting the lighting up.

Her first subject...dad!

Dad's been helping mom out a little too, the 2nd shooter we call him.

First Day of School

Yep...I am off to school. I had my first day on tuesday. I was a little unsure at first, but I couldn't resist all the new toys, the rumored snack time, cool friends, a huge playground, art projects, ect. It was a blast! I was excited to go the next day. I hung my backpack and coat and was like "Peace Mom". Her little boy is all grown up!

This is when I was a little unsure of the whole "new school" thing.

At this point I was like "mom I am way to cool to be standing here taking pictures, my friends might see me!"

Next thing you know she'll be giving me kisses and hugs in front of all my friends too.

Now I am thinking...okay maybe school will be fun!

or not.

Yep lets go!

Trip to ND

We went to ND for Dad's cousins wedding. Mom, Macs, and I started off Last saturday. We drove to MSP where we met up with Uncle Paul and Fletch-diggity. We got to have a picnic and play at the old park, where I used to play. We stopped by our friend Mel's house, but she was on vaca, so we just got to see the pups. Then we drove on to Fargo, stayed in a hotel and the next day drove to the lake where Grandpa, Auntie, and Gunnar were. We had fun at the lake. Lots of swinging, playing in the sand, and hanging with the family. Auntie also got us this awesome bike trailer, we are so fast in it! Then we went back to Minot for a few days, I just love playing at Grandpa's house! We even went out for pizza at Sammy's (its kinda' our family tradition!). Then dad came and we headed back out to the lake where Nana, Papa, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Trevor and Gracie were there waiting for us. We had fun, I asked my uncles to push me on the swing lots! It was so great to see all the family! We miss everyone! xoxo

You'll notice there are no pictures of me...well at this point I had ran around to the backyard where all the swings and toys are.
