Woebley Castle

Today I took the family to Woebley Castle out on the Gower Peninsula. Woebley is what is called a fortified manor house. It wasn't used as much as a military station like most castles in the Marches but it was actually used by a family and was fortified to protect their interests and wealth. In the above picture I am checking out any possible interests hiding out in the fireplace.

Here is a picture of me being a tour guide to my Nana and Papa. In the area of the manor house there was sheep farm and I got to go in a barn of about 300 sheep. Mom refused to hang out in the barn because it stunk so bad but I was in there with Nana and Papa checking out the sheep.
